Welcome to Kiwi Lawns and Gardens. We are a family-run business dedicated to bringing professional greenkeeping standards to residential properties.
While many lawn care services offer a basic "mow and go," my approach is built on a career dedicated to high-level turf management. My journey began in Whangarei, where I completed my apprenticeship as a qualified greenkeeper. I later moved to Auckland to specialise in golf course and sports field construction, eventually serving as the foreman at the prestigious Titirangi Golf Club. There I was responsible for course maintenance, earthworks and the reconstruction of holes. Work that requires an exacting eye for detail.
Currently I also work as a project engineer for a local civil construction company, overseeing major infrastructure upgrades. This combination of backgrounds means you get the best of both worlds: the technical knowledge of a greenkeeper who understands plant health, and the organisational reliability of a project engineer.
